Halloween card

Hello everyone and welcome to another challenge over at Simply Create Too

Simply Create Too

where the theme is Halloween Colours. Halloween isn't as big in England as it is in the UK, so we don't tend to send Halloween cards, but I did enjoy playing with this card:-

I cut an arched panel of white card and stamped the image from Lizzie Anne designs Hallow's Eve stamp set. I then masked off the moon and coloured the panel in 3 colours of distress inks. When it had dried, I removed the mask and inked the moon with a couple of shades of yellow ink. I fussy cut a mat for the panel and then cut a couple of layers (PP from Papertrey Ink) with MFT Blueprints dies. The sentiment was stamped and fussy cut, along with a backing layer and then added to the card with foam tape.

Why not pop over to the Simply Create Too blog to see what inspiration the team has for you, and play along with us this time.

I'd like to join in with

Addicted to stamps challenge - photo inspiration

4 Crafty Chicks challenge - masking

2 Crafty Girls challenge - inspiration photo

Thanks for stopping by.
